Kitch Pulses and Spices is the export brand of DMD EXIM. All billing, GST invoices, export contracts, and statutory documentation are issued by DMD EXIM.

1. General trade terms

All export transactions are subject to final confirmation through a signed Proforma Invoice, Sales Contract, or Commercial Contract. Prices are subject to commodity market fluctuations, packing requirements, and logistics availability until formally confirmed.

2. Standard port and Incoterms

Our standard baseline quotation is FOB Mundra from Mundra Port, Gujarat, India. CIF or other Incoterms may be discussed only after the buyer shares destination port, shipment size, product specification, and desired timeline.

3. Payment terms

Standard payment terms are Advance TT or 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing by DMD EXIM.

4. Quality and inspection

Quality is supplied as per specifications confirmed in the commercial contract. Third-party inspection, laboratory testing, and additional certificates can be arranged when agreed in advance and may be charged to the buyer.

5. Certifications and registrations

Displayed registration details, including APEDA, GST, ISO 9001:2015, FSSAI, Udyam, and IEC, relate to DMD EXIM unless otherwise stated.

6. Liability

DMD EXIM and Kitch Pulses and Spices are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure, port congestion, shipping line disruption, government restrictions, natural disasters, strikes, or other events outside reasonable control.
